TYN-Y-FRON HOLIDAY COTTAGE was originally constructed in the early 1800'sas a coach house and artist's studio. Rest assured it is in very good condition having recently been renovated and refurbished in December 07. We are proud that Tyn-y-Fron cottage has been awarded a 4 star grading for self catering accommodation by the Welsh Tourist Board.
The cottage sleeps four (5 with a studio bed) and is available throughout the year, with lettings usually for a minimum of one week. Winter breaks available from late Autumn until March. Owned by Lesley and Mike who are your neighbors, and happy to help with local information and ideas for great days out, even the very rare wet ones! A short walk of 7 minutes via a public foot path and over the bridge brings you into the town for shops and restaurants. There is a private car park for use by the cottage and B&B guests. Larger food shops can be found in Llanrwst or If you wish to do an online shop we are happy to see it in for you.
LOUNGE
Original exposed beams with a high A frame ceiling, stone fireplace, comfortable lounge suite and a color TV with didgital cahanels. There is a small collection of books and board games for you to enjoy.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION...T
The TWO bedrooms, one double the other a large room with twin beds with plenty of room for a studio bed or cot, all beds have electric blankets for your added comfort. Linen is not provided for cots.
Guests can enjoy the garden with a decking area with table and chairs. Where you can sit and enjoy the views and bluebell woods at the base of Garmon Mountain.
