Comfortable, double glazed, new shower ensuite rooms, all furnished to a high standard. South facing double rooms have lovely views over the Gwydyr Forest. The superior kingsize has a private balcony with seating, looking out over great views and has a sunny aspect. The Single room overlooks fields at the rear of the property.

The village centre is a few minutes' level walk from the guest house with its specialist outdoor shops, inns & restaurants
The North Wales Tourist Sherpa Bus stops close by, en-route to Mt.Snowdon (6 miles) and the beauty spots within the Snowdonia National Park. There is also a bus stop outside Mairlys for local and coastal destinations.
Only 5 minutes level walk to Betws-y-Coed railway station and 2 minutes away by car.
Free pick ups from the station can be arranged. The train travels the length of the Conwy Valley linking Llandudno with Blaenau Ffestiniog, the slate capital of Wales and the Ffestiniog steam railway.
A good touring area - a short drive to the coast of Conwy and Caernarfon with
their famous castles & harbours and the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno,
or take a scenic drive via Beddgelert to Porthmadog and Portmeirion.
