South Stack Cliffs (RSPB) - Holyhead A dramatic setting for a 19th Century lighthouse and suspension bridge at the foot of 200ft cliff s. Th e 400 steps down to the lighthouse are not for the faint hearted but well worth it.

Parys Mountain & Amlwch Port - Once the largest copper mine in the world. This open cast mine has been likened to a lunar landscape and is free to enter.

Oriel Ynys Môn, Llangefni - For exhibitions of contemporary art and crafts by local artists.

Beaumaris Castle - Visit the 13th Century castle, now a world heritage site.

Anglesey Sea Zoo - The Sea Zoo is an exhibition of living sealife from around the coast of Anglesey.

Wylfa Visitor Centre, Cemaes Bay - Open 10am - 4pm everyday. Free entry. Learn through hands-on display and interactive exhibits about the radio active world in which we live.

Go Karting, Bodedern - Anglesey’s go karting track is just of Junction 4 of the A55 and is open all year

Pili Palas, Menai Bridge - Pili Palas Nature World is one of Wales’ premier butterfl y farm. Lots of activities for children. You can spend all day here.

Llanfair PG - For those of you with a head for heights, the Marquis of Anglesey’s column offers
panoramic views of the Menai Strait backed by the mountains of Snowdonia.

Foel Farm, Brynsiencyn - Foel Farm Park is a genuine working farm situated in a beautiful location on the shores of the Menai Strait.
